- Must have experience-
- Previous experience required
- Willingness to learn concrete forming and carpentry
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in carpentry
- Proficiency in reading and executing blueprints
- Skill in assisting with layout, framing walls, roofing, sheeting, and fascia
- Although not mandatory, experience in concrete forming is considered a bonus
- You must have a complete set of cordless tools, a corded skill saw, and levels. The company will provide more extensive tools and special equipment.

- Responsibilities -
- Unload and carry materials at construction sites
- Clean the site from debris and discarded material
- Report any job site delays
- Confirm tasks were completed
- Report completed work and any delays to the Foreman
- Notify the Foreman if a change order is needed
- Report any on-site injuries involving employees or non-employees
- Keep the job site clean to our standard every day
- Be a problem solver on-site
- Ensure quality control for your work
- Create on-site material lists if more materials are needed
- Pick up materials or assign someone to pick them up from will call
- Use our company PM app to complete job tasks
- Return all materials and job site tools to a designated spot daily.
- Qualifications -
- Very good knowledge of English (spoken and written)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a construction foreman
- In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSH guidelines
- Ability to read drawings, plans, and blueprints
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to communicate and report effectively
- Aptitude in math
- Problem-solving abilities
- Good physical condition and stamina
- Diploma in a skilled trade (electrician, carpenter, etc.)
- Additional Requirement -
- Excellent balance and eye-hand coordination
- Must have a smartphone (Benefit: we pay a $25/month phone reimbursement)
