Construction Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all project phases: planning, execution, and completion.

Manage teams, subcontractors, and client communications.

Ensure projects stay on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Address and resolve any issues that arise.

Maintain strict safety and compliance standards.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5-10 years of proven experience in construction project management.

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.

Relevant certifications (PMP, CCM) preferred.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
