Journeyman and Lead Carpenters

We have an immediate opening for a Journeyman Carpenter 40 hours+ every week! $28-40/hr (weekly pay) with room for growth with the right team member.

Our company is growing, and we need good, reliable, honest and hard-working team players to help us with a higher demand of work coming in. We are based out of Pierce County and typically work within Pierce & South King Counties, Yelm/Lacey areas. The vast majority of projects are within 25 minutes of our Puyallup office. Projects include residential renovations/remodels, kitchens, design builds & additions, decks, millwork, etc. Lots of upward mobility and job security.

This position is mostly client based, so must be punctual and presentable.

We are a rapidly growing company and are seeking someone who wants to be here for the long haul.

Required knowledge, skills and abilities:

Must have several years of miscellaneous carpentry experience (Framing, beam installations, drywall, cabinets and trim are a plus) and all the necessary tools

Willingness to learn and grow

Positive attitude (self-starter/ motivated)

Must have own reliable transportation and a valid WA State drivers license

Ability to read and understand plans

Great communication skills

High personal integrity and responsibility

Strong leadership abilities

Be able to pass a criminal background check. (This doesn't mean you will be precluded from being hired)

Pay will be determined by skills and experience. 90-day probationary period. Random drug testing applies.
