Property Manager - Salon Studios

We are looking for a Property Manager to join our awesome team and be responsible for caring for our new salon studio location on Broadway.

Mosaic Salon and Spa is locally owned with 10 locations throughout the Seattle Area. We are growing and looking to add to our team. This position will be a critical piece of our team and your efforts will be focused on the overall experience of our Seattle locations and tenants.

Our ideal candidate for the position has previous beauty industry experience and understands the challenges of those that have made beauty and wellness their profession. Responsibilities include: Front desk responsibilities, handling day-to-day operations such as daily tenant relations, proactively addressing facility issues, general administration duties and filling vacancies as needed.

This position will be located at our Broadway location on Capitol Hill but requires frequent trips to our locations in Ballard and Pioneer Square.

Some beauty industry or property management experience

Exceptional attention to detail

Able to solve problems (preferably before they become problems)

Outgoing and engaging personality

Comfortable talking with everyone

Works well alone or as a team

Dependable

Strong follow through and organizational skills

Good computer skills and a willingness to take on administrative responsibilities

You will spend your days building a community through the relationships that you create and finding opportunities to improve our already amazing salon studio experience.
