Part-Time Outdoor Grounds Maintenance Worker

Are you meticulous and take pride in maintaining clean and welcoming outdoor spaces? We’re seeking a dedicated Outdoor Grounds Maintenance Worker to join our team for a luxury condo building, focusing exclusively on trash pick-up and ground cleanliness.

Position Details:

-Schedule: 4 days a week, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday

-Hours: 4 hours per day, anytime between 4:00 AM to 11:00 AM

-Location: Luxury condo building in Coeur d'Alene

-Pay: $18.00 per hour (Negotiable)

Responsibilities:

-Pick up and properly dispose of trash from lawns, gardens, and walkways

-Ensure all outdoor areas are clean, safe, and free of litter at all times

Requirements:

-Prior experience in grounds maintenance or similar roles

-Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness

-Ability to work independently and efficiently

-Must have a reliable vehicle for transportation to and from work
