Stylist/Colorist and Intern Openings!

We are excited to continue to grow our talented team and looking to add a licensed Stylist/Colorist and a Cosmetology Intern.

Our Intern Role: This is a paid role with on the job training. Our intern will start at minimum wage and will be eligible for salary consideration after just 90 days.

Our Stylist Role: As an Aveda Salon, earning potential is uncapped with some Stylists earning above six figures.

We are looking for:

Licensed (or newly licensed!) stylists/colorists who want more for themselves in their career

Impeccable customer service with good listening skills

Ability to recommend and create hair design aligned with customers’ taste

Ability to apply a full range of hair coloring techniques

Manage bookings and serve walk-ins

High level of integrity

An interest in being the best in the business

Aptitude for product knowledge, referrals and repeat customers

Pay is a base rate estimated $14.50-$36.71 per hour based on experience plus tips and commission. Earnings are based on Summit Salon Level 1 or 2 or equivalent experience. Career ladder is transparent and uncapped.
