We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to join our team full-time. As a property manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a designated portfolio of properties. Your primary role is to ensure these properties are well-maintained, financially successful, and compliant with leasing regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to handle multiple responsibilities, and experience in property management.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants and property owners.

Manage day-to-day operations, including rent collection, maintenance requests, and tenant relations.

Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and property inspections.

Develop and implement strategies to maximize property profitability and occupancy rates.

Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and property-related documentation.

Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and lease agreements.

Oversee property leasing, renewals, and tenant move-ins/move-outs.

Address and resolve tenant complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Conduct regular property inspections to ensure all units and common areas are in good condition.

Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and service providers.

Required Qualifications:

Real Estate License

Proven experience as a Property Manager or in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of property management best practices, laws, and regulations.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to manage multiple properties and tasks simultaneously.

Proficiency with property management Appfolio management software

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience with residential or mixed-use properties.

Knowledge of the Santa Barbara area (streets, neighborhoods, etc.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Property management experience: 1 year minimum (Required)
