Job Title:Supervisor, Marketing SolutionsJob DescriptionPerforms all necessary supervisory functions to effectively and efficiently manage and develop team members to support individual and team achievement. Knowledgeable of all programs and responsible for operations of a minimum of one Original Equipment Manufacturer’s (OEM) Dealer Services Group program in accordance with specified schedule requirements, specified quality requirements, and strict OEM requirements

Determine and communicate areas of accountability and performance expected of team members. Conduct performance evaluations regularly to provide feedback on performance. Provide recognition and corrective action when appropriate.

Responsible for ensuring that each team member is provided with training, mentoring, coaching and support in proper marketing consulting practices and other relevant training as required and in preparation for future growth.

Foster a cooperative and harmonious working climate.

Self-starter and change agent with a proven ability to create real and positive change and able to promote diversity, involvement /ownership, operational skills, quality at the source and in-process training

Foster a strong working relationship with all other departments to maximize productivity, efficiency, effectiveness, and morale.

Manage and resolve major issues or matters of significance and take prompt corrective action, suggest alternative courses of action or escalate to appropriate team/manager when necessary.

Able to make difficult decisions with minimal information and focus team to constantly seek opportunities for improving integrity/compliance, safety, quality, and output/productivity and new products/services.

Identify and pursue opportunities to enable up-sell, cross-sell, and packaging revenue streams. Develop resource strategies, budgets, tools and specialized supports necessary for cost effective deployment of programs/services.

Provide regular analysis and updates on the status of programs and national marketing plan based upon present market, dealer and program conditions.

Search and analyze patterns in products and services to create, refine & measure key marketing messages & customer value propositions to drive growth.

Confer with Dealers, District/Region/Field Managers, Client and Associates to evaluate and promote possibilities for improved and expanded marketing while also monitoring program performance.

Coordinate, plan and enable performance improvement for Dealer Services Group services, such as consultation, research, client visits, reporting, updates, information management, Dealer communication and marketing planning services.

Acts as an internal consultant in current and new product/service development process and maximize revenue sources by interacting with Program Manager and other supporting teams.

Manages Customer Service Opportunities and resolutions/restitutions. Prepares action plans to prevent future instances of the same or similar Customer Service Opportunities.

Travel may be required

Education/Knowledge:

Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) from an accredited four year college or university

Candidate profile:

Minimum of two years of related experience required. Must have the ability to read, write and comprehend complex documents, such as journals, position papers, proposals, etc.

Ability to make effective, interesting, and persuasive speeches or presentations on complex topics. Must be able to consistently work with all levels and backgrounds in a diverse workforce. Microsoft Office specifically including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access.

Must have prior management experience
