Field Support Specialist Needed Immediate Opening

MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK WEDNESDAY - SATURDAY AND EVERY OTHER WEEKEND!

We're seeking a highly organized and friendly Field Support Specialist to join our team! As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you'll provide exceptional support to our team and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities:

- Greet clients and visitors with courtesy and professionalism

- Coordinate car pick-up/drop-off for rental guests

- Record and share issues and changes with teammates

- Listen to customers' concerns, ask questions, and convey information to the relevant person

- Test drive vehicles to ensure proper working condition (brake lights, essential components)

- Maintain vehicle maintenance (oil changes, brakes, tune-ups)

- Refuel vehicles as needed

- Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area

Requirements:

- Available Wednesday - Saturday and every other weekend

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

- Previous customer service and technical experience preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications a plus

- Mechanical and marketing experience a plus
