Field Service Technician - Mold Testing and Equipment Retrieval

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Field Service Technician to join our team. The primary responsibilities of this role include visiting residential properties to retrieve equipment and conduct mold testing. The technician will be required to collect mold samples using standardized testing procedures, safely handle and transport these samples, and ensure timely delivery to the laboratory for analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit residential properties to pick up and transport equipment.

Conduct mold tests using appropriate tools and methods, ensuring accurate and thorough sample collection.

Properly label and document mold samples according to company protocols.

Safely handle and transport mold samples to the laboratory for analysis.

Maintain a detailed log of all site visits, equipment pickups, and mold test collections.

Follow safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.

Communicate effectively with clients to explain procedures and answer any questions they may have.

Assist in maintaining and organizing equipment inventory.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.

Ability to lift and transport equipment safely.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Successful completion of a background check and drug test is required.
