Key Responsibilities:

- Client Preparation: Welcome clients warmly and assist them in preparing for their services, ensuring they are comfortable and relaxed.

- Stylist Support: Assist stylists with daily tasks, including shampooing, blow-drying, and styling, ensuring all tools and products are ready and organized.

- Service Excellence: Provide high-quality assistance during all hair services, including color applications, treatments, and styling, while maintaining the salon’s standards of luxury.

- Salon Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, salon equipment, and back-of-house areas, ensuring a pristine environment at all times.

- Inventory Management: Monitor and restock products and supplies as needed, ensuring that the salon is always well-equipped.

- Client Care: Engage with clients in a professional and courteous manner, anticipating their needs and enhancing their overall salon experience.

- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in the luxury hair industry, and participate in ongoing training provided by the salon.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a high-end salon environment preferred.

- Proficient in basic hair care techniques including shampooing, blow-drying, and styling.

- Strong understanding of luxury service standards and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
