HEADER WELDER – COMBINATION A (must have tig/stick experience) - $25+ (depending on experience)

Night Shift – 2 Positions Welders must be proficient in blueprint reading for layout. Must be able to correctly fit and weld fabricated and forged components to assemble Header components with Shielded Metal Arc Welding, Gas Metal Arc Welding, and/or Gas Tungsten Arc Welding Process. Position, align, and fit components together and tack-weld parts to secure in position for welding using correct welding process and procedure. Ability to set-up welding equipment for use of certain types of material. 3-5 years code welding experience required. Test requirements: pass a 2G plate test with the GTAW root pass and SMAW fill and cap.

HEADER FITTER WELDER – 26+ (depending on experience)

Night Shift – 1 Position

Proficient in blueprint reading for layout. Must be able to correctly fit and weld fabricated and forged components to assemble Header components with Shielded Metal Arc Welding, Gas Metal Arc Welding, and/or Gas Tungsten Arc Welding Process as required. Position, align, and fit components together and tack-weld parts to secure in position for welding using correct welding process and procedure. Set up welding equipment for the type of material being used. Hammer wedges and drift pins. Grind rough edges, surplus weld, or scale, using portable grinder. Position and turn clamps, and bolts using hand or wrenches. Position work pieces manually or by using overhead or jib cranes. Straighten warped or bent parts with a straightening press. Proficient with a cutting torch and/or plasma cutter. Must be proficient in reading and the proper execution for measuring devices such as tape measures, squares, levels. Maintains production record of parts and jobs fabricated as required by the Department Manager. HEADER SUB ARC/LANCE OPERATORS – $24+ (depending on experience)

Night Shift – 6 Positions

Ability to weld trunnion to end of headers and positions header using an overhead or jib crane; turn cranks or pushes buttons to align electrode on welding head over the weld joint. Ability to load reel of electrode wire onto machine and threads electrode wire from reel through feed rolls and welding head; turn welding head to set the specified angle of electrode. Fill hopper with specified flux and direct nozzle or gravity feed over weld line. Turn knobs to set current, voltage, and slope, and synchronize feed of wire and flux with speed of welding action. Ability to observe meters and gauges or observes welding action for compliance with procedures. Visually examine welds for adherence to specifications; grind welded surfaces as needed. Adjust machine setup to vary size, location, and penetration of bead; layout, fit, and tack work pieces together. Preheat work piece with hand torch or heating furnace; remove surplus slag, flux, and spatter. Ability to remove metal with carbon arc gouger to make repairs if necessary. Must be able to pass a 1g Saw Plate Sub-Arc and 2g Plate Test. 3 years’ experience required.

HEADER PAINTER BLASTER – $19+ (depending on experience)

Day Shift- 1 Position-

Night Shift – 1 Position

Read work orders or receive instructions from supervisor regarding painting. Select premixed paints, or mixes required portions of pigment, oil, and thinning and drying substances to prepare paint that matches specified colors. Clean grease, rust, and dirt from product; washes surfaces prior to painting; may be required to blast parts to prepare for painting; apply masking tape over parts and areas that are not to be coated. Spread drop cloths over floors and cover surfaces that do not require paint with masking tape and paper to protect surfaces during painting. Pour coating liquid into spray container and connects gun to air hose; turn sprayer valves and nozzle to regulate width and pressure of spray. Install specified nozzles in spray guns. Replaces screens and filters; pull the trigger and directs spray onto work surface to apply prime or finish coat using enamel, polyurethane, epoxy, gel-coat, lacquer, and other industrial paints; clean spraying equipment and brushes with solvent. Load and move materials to work and drying areas by industrial forklift, overhead and jib cranes. Maintains production record of parts and jobs fabricated as required by the Department Manager. Perform other routine duties. Set up ladders to perform tasks above ground level. Abrades surfaces of metal or hard composition objects to remove adhering scale, sand, paint, grease, tar, rust, and dirt, and to impart specified finish. Shovel or pours abrasives such as sand, grit, or shot of specified grade into machine hopper. Mask specified areas of object to protect from abrading action. Load parts on racks or in enclosed rooms manually or using industrial forklift or overhead cranes. Turn valves on equipment to regulate pressure and composition of abrasive mixture flowing through nozzle. Start equipment that directs blast or flow of abrasive laden compressed air, gas over surface of parts. Direct nozzle over surface of large parts and manipulates parts under nozzle for specified interval. Examine finished parts to ensure conformance to specifications. Maintains production record of parts and jobs fabricated as required by the Department Manager. Ability to assist painter in simple paint application. Must pass Pulmonary Function Test (PFT). Must be able to wear respirator. Regular attendance, ability to arrive at work punctually, ability to work on–site, ability to work overtime. Ability to work cooperatively with others, ability to deal respectfully with the public, customers, vendors, other employees, managers, and executive management. Ability to use and interpret DFT measuring equipment. One year related experience required.

HEADER CNC MACHINIST/DRILL OPERATOR – $22+ (depending on experience)

Night Shift – 2 Positions

Set up and operate numerical control machines or machining centers to perform various machine functions such as cutting, drilling, milling, reaming, boring, and broaching of metallic and nonmetallic work pieces. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, planning sheets, sketches, and related technical data to determine tooling requirements, setup procedures, control settings, and machining methods and sequences. Mount, align, and secure tooling, attachments, and work piece on machine using overhead crane.

Assemble cutting tools in tool holders and position tool holders in machine spindles as specified or inserts cutting tools in specified machine magazines. Load control media such as tape, card, or disk, in machine controller or enters commands to retrieve preprogrammed instructions from database. Capable of proper set up, interpretation and verification of correctness of program to be used on machine. Calculate and set machine controls to position spindle in relationship to work piece and to regulate factors such as cutting depth, speed, feed, and coolant flow. Manipulate controls and enter commands to index cutting tool to specified set point and to start machine. Ability to start machine and monitor displays and machine operation to detect malfunctions. Observe

and listen to machine operation to detect malfunctions such as worn or damaged cutting tools. Adjust machine feed and speed and change cutters to machine parts according to specifications when automatic programming is faulty or machine malfunctions. Measure work piece for conformance to specifications. Stop machine to change cutting tools and setup according to required machining sequence or to measure parts for conformance to blueprint specifications. Enter commands or manually adjust machine controls to correct malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining. Operate machine manually to perform functions when automatic programming is faulty or machine malfunctions as applicable. Notify supervisor of discrepancies. Discuss control media errors with supervisor or programming personnel to resolve problems. Maintains production record of parts and jobs fabricated as required by the Department Manager. Clean machine, tooling, and parts. Perform some machine maintenance. Regular attendance, ability to arrive at work punctually, ability to work on–site, ability to work overtime. HEADER CNC PROGRAMMER

Day Shift- 1 Position

Set up and operate numerical control program machines to fabricate parts by performing the following duties. Plan numerical control program to control contour path machining of metal parts on automatic machine tools. Analyze drawings, sketches, and design data of part to determine dimension and configuration of cuts. Determine reference points and direction of machine cutting paths. Compute angular and linear dimensions, radii, and curvatures, and outlines sequence of operations required to machine part. Prepare geometric layout on graph paper or using computer-assisted drafting software to show location of reference points and direction of cutting paths. Ability to write instruction sheets and cutter lists to guide setup and operation of machine. Ability to write programs of machine instructions in symbolic language to encode numerical control tape or direct numerical control database to regulate movement of machine along cutting path. Compare encoded tape or computer printout with original program sheet to assure accuracy of machine instructions. Revise program to eliminate instruction errors or omissions. Observe operation of machine on trial run to prove taped or programmed instructions. Regular attendance, ability to arrive at work punctually, ability to work on–site, ability to work overtime. STRUCTURE FITTER WELDER – $24+ (depending on experience) MUST HAVE FITTER EXPERIENCE

Night Shift – 5 Positions

Ability to lay out, fit, and weld fabricated components to assemble structural forms. Proficient in blueprint reading for layout Selects equipment and plans layout, assembly, and welding; a layout, positions, aligns, and fits components together; positions work pieces manually or by using overhead or jib cranes Set up welding machine and welding gun: assemble/disassemble welding tips and its liner, wire feed and voltage, using arc or gas-shielded arc welding equipment. Repairs products by dismantling, straightening, reshaping, and reassembling parts. Operate cutting torch and plasma torch. Operate small saw machine and iron machine for cutting and coping, notching materials. Must pass 2g and 3g weld test. Five-year structural fitting experience recommended.

STRUCTURE WELDER – $22+ (depending on experience)

Night Shift – 5 Positions

Ability to weld fabricated parts of structural metal products in shop, plan sequence of operation and meet quality standards. Obtain specified electrode and inserts electrode into portable holder or threads consumable electrode wire through portable welding gun; connect cables from welding unit to obtain amperage, voltage, slope, and pulse, as specified by Welding Engineer or Welding Technician and be able to set welding machine wire feed and read blueprints. Must pass 2g and 3g weld test. 2 years welding experience.

STRUCTURE BRAKE/SHEAR OPERATOR – $18+

Night Shift – 1 Position

Ability to set up and operate power brake to bend, notch, punch, form rolls, arc, or straighten metal plates or sheet metal and structural shapes to blueprint or sketch specifications; selects, positions, and aligns dies in machine ram and bed. Ability to turn setscrews or bolts to fasten clamp bar that holds dies in position; turn adjustment screws to set specified pressure of ram and clearance between dies to thickness of metal, as indicated by calibrated scale or feelers. Layout or detail layout on work stock from blueprints or templates. Position work piece manually or with crane, to align layout marks to dies. Ability to start machine to lower ram or depresses pedal to activate ram that bends or cuts metal. Ability to set stops on machine bed and reposition stock to run successive pieces, or to perform multiple operations. Ability to verify dimensions of work piece. Ability to turn hand wheels to adjust rake (angle) and pressure of blade. Position and clamp stops and side guides to set length and angle of cut. Prior experience preferred, but not required.

ASSEMBLY CLASS A - $19+ (depending on experience)

Day Shift – 1 Position

Night Shift – 1 Position

Building bundles. Experience with plenums/driver for air cooled heat exchangers. Tube Expansion, Hydro, dry out, N2 Purge. The ability to teach and instruct on all of these tasks. Read blueprints and build bundles/sections by following prints, calculate expansion measurements, read expansion measurements, set up and Adjust Expansion machine/gun settings, Tube expansion, All plug and cover duties including choosing suitable thread lubricant, Soap Bubble Testing, Hydro Static Testing, and preparation for Helium Testing, Over Head Crane and Forklift operation, The ability to detect Safe and Unsafe Acts and the willingness to stop an unsafe act. Communication skills to teach others and to lead others in all Bundle/Section Assembly Task in the Air Cooled Heat Exchanger world, If no Air-Cooled Heat Exchanger experience, Shell and Tube Industry Experience may be adequate, Work on your feet six days per week while lifting, pushing, pulling, bending with as much as 50 lbs. of weight, Rigging knowledge for Overhead cranes and lifting in general, Wear eye, ear, and steel toe foot protection at all times, Use Cell phones only on break times during work shifts. Two years of prior assembly related experience.

ASSEMBLY CLASS B - $17+ (depending on experience)

Day Shift – 2 Positions

Removes small quantities of metal to clean parts or to produce close fit between parts using portable grinders and other hand tools. Drills, taps, or reams holes; aligns components, and bolts, screws, or rivets them together using hand tools or portable power tools. Installs moving parts, such as shafts, levers, fan blades, bearings, and work them to test free movement. Bends and installs pipe for lubricating systems; aligns and meshes gears in gearbox to assemble system of gears including drive motors and fan shafts alignment. Operates tube-rolling equipment after training. Conduct hydro testing or assists in testing operation of completed product after training. Prepares final assemblies for shipment, or storage per applicable drawings. Positions parts manually or by use of overhead cranes or other lifting equipment as appropriate. Prepare tubes or fin tubes for weld tube-to-tube sheet with steam cleaner and/or manual cleaning method. Works with other workers during tube insertion as per assignment. Regular attendance ,ability to arrive at work punctually, ability to work on–site, ability to work overtime. Implement and maintain 5S (workplace organization method in the area with good housekeeping manner). Responsible with hand-tools, power tools and/or equipment in the area on daily basis to ensure cleanliness and functionality at all times. Ability to work cooperatively with others, ability to deal respectfully with the public, customers, vendors, other employees, managers, and executive management. Ability to perform multiple tasks concurrently, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, ability to interchange with others in the department. This job has no supervisory responsibilities. MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN CLASS A – $25+ (depending on experience) Crane Technician

Day Shift –

Ability to repair and maintain overhead bridge cranes Jib Cranes and other types of machinery require diagnosing and making solid recommendations to repair all equipment as needed. Must have knowledge in repairing, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems. Observe mechanical devices in operation and listens to the sounds to locate cause of trouble. Perform monthly inspections on all production equipment and replacement parts; Confer with department managers to coordinate monthly inspections. Examine form and texture of parts to detect imperfections; repair or replace defective parts; install special functional and structural parts in devices. Lubricate and clean parts. Start devices to test their performance. Operate overhead and jib cranes, operate industrial forklifts and man lifts. Visually inspects and tests machinery and equipment. Listen for unusual sounds from machines or equipment to detect malfunction and discuss machine operation variations with supervisors or other maintenance workers to diagnose problem or repair machine. Ability to dismantle defective machines and equipment and installs new or repaired parts. Ability to install and repair electrical apparatus, such as transformers and wiring, and electrical and electronic components of machinery and equipment. Layout, assembles, installs, and maintains pipe systems and related hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, and repairs and replaces gauges, valves, pressure regulators, and related equipment. Ability to repair and maintain physical structure of establishment. Install, program, or repair automated machinery and equipment such as robots or programmable controllers. Operate cutting torch or welding equipment to cut or join metal parts. Fabricate and repair counters, benches, partitions, and other wooden structures. FACILITIES TECH B (Contract Role 4-6 Months) $18/hr+

Day Shift – 1 Position

Reports all activities and navigates proficiently through the maintenance CMMS system. Preventive Maintenance and repair of HVAC systems Preventive Maintenance and repair of Electrical systems and Generators. Preventive Maintenance and repair of all facilities equipment. Comply with all LOTO procedures. Familiar with and comply with all Red Tag Permit Instructions per Insurance company. Troubleshoots a variety building infrastructure systems. Day Shift – 1 Position

Responsible for on-site field visits to supervise the installation of equipment. Investigate and resolve customer reports of

technical problems with equipment and perform routine repairs. Partner with customers to ensure excellent communication and service; go the extra mile to engage customers. Responsible to insure all new or modified installations of equipment have been completed to ensure full functionality according to applicable industry standards, company standards, and customer

specifications. Review performance reports and documentation from customers and inspect malfunctioning or damaged

equipment to determine nature and scope of problem. Analyze inspection reports to determine source of problem and make recommendations for repair, replacement, or other corrective action. Coordinates problem resolutions with Field Service, Engineering, and other inter-company departments to expedite repairs. Maintains records of reports. Responsible for submitting reports to the Field Service Manager and the Quality Department. Provides recommendations to inter-company departments on recurring equipment problems noted in the field to instigate corrective action in design, production, and/or service to eliminate future problems. Assist the Field Service Manager in providing day to day customer service to customer inquiries regarding equipment. Troubleshoots, dismantles, and reassembles machines, equipment, and their subassemblies according to customers’ needs following drawings and other written and verbal specifications; plans assembly procedures, following specifications and using knowledge gained by experience. Drills, taps, or reams holes, aligns components, and bolts, screws, or rivets them

together using hand tools or portable power tools; installs moving parts, such as shafts, levers, fan blades, bearings, and work them to test free movement; bends and installs pipe for lubricating systems. Aligns and meshes gears in gearbox to assemble system of gears including drive motors and fan shafts alignment. Conducts preventative maintenance at customer facilities. Regular attendance, ability to arrive at work punctually, ability to work on–site, ability to work overtime. Ability to work

STRUCTURE FITTER HELPERS - $19/HR - MUST HAVE A WELDING HELMET & READ A TAPE MEASURE

Day Shift- 1 Position

Night Shift- 4 Positions

Ability to grind, chip weld splatter, high spot, burr, and rust from surfaces of structure components. Ability to position work pieces manually or by using overhead or jib cranes. Examines and feels surface of work piece for defects. Selects grade of abrasive wheel, disk and die grinder bits according to specification, knowledge of abrasives, and condition of metal, and attaches to grinder. Ability to pull trigger to start power tool and move it over surface of work piece to remove scratches, laminated metal, excess weld material, and burrs. Ability to load trucks. Ability to chip or grind out pits or cracks; replace worn abrasive disks, wheels, and die grinder bits. Must be able to operate a mig welder and fuse to piece of metal.

POWDER COATING PAINTER – $18/hr+ – Must have 6mths previous Industrial Paint experience –

Day Shift – 3 Positions

Night Shift – 4 Positions

Abrades surfaces of metal or hard composition objects to remove adhering scale, sand, paint, grease, tar, rust, and dirt, and to impart specified finish. ELECTRICAL ASSEMBLER – $16-$19/HR (depending on experience)

Day Shift – 3 Position

Assembles electrical, equipment, and subassemblies according to customer specifications following drawings and other written and verbal specifications. Drills, taps, or reams holes, aligns components, and bolts, screws, or rivets them together using hand tools or portable power tools; bends and installs electrical conduit. Stirps shielding and crimps assorted wires to required work instructions. Trains, or assists in the training of other employees in assembly processes. 2 years of prior assembly related experience.

MECHANICAL ASSEMBLER- $17-$19/hr. (depending on experience)

Day Shift- 5 Positions-
