Office assistant/secretary/office manager wanted. Local contractor seeking an experienced office assistant/secretary/manager.

Responsibilities include the following:

- Answering all incoming calls and responding to voicemails, web leads and emails.

- Working closely with the owner of the company regarding the day to day operations.

- Accounts payable and receivable in Quickbooks and credit card processing.

- Management of social media platforms and posting.

- Basic clerical work such as filing, organizing of bills, invoices, work orders, and time sheets

Preferred Qualifications:

- Knowledge of the following systems: Windows, Microsoft Office and Quickbooks

- ability to work and think independently

- attention to detail and outstanding customer service

-valid drivers license and own transportation

This is a part-time position. On the job presence is required and working from home is not an option. The hours would be roughly 9AM to 3PM Monday through Friday.
