Looking to add 2 more hard working individuals to the team! Job start date would be September 4th in Odessa. More than welcome to ride with me in the company truck. Please add full name and phone number when inquiring about this position.

Job Duties but not limited to:

-hand dig holes

-set steel poles

-set fiberglass poles

-mix and pour concrete by hand

- Concrete will be used on all jobs

-wire runs between fiberglass and steel poles

-help construct solar towers

-Trenching

-keeping the work areas clean

-keeping the the trailer clean

Requirements

-Team player

-Hard Worker

-Travel is a must. Gone 5-10days at a time.

-8-10hrs a day

-Working outside all day

-Basic tools would be nice

Pay is $18-$20 an hr plus $30 per day per diem. Hotel room is paid for when traveling. Paid after job completion. CONSISTENT WORK
