Part Time Rental Property Mgr -all training provided

Location: Davis, West Virginia (near Timberline Mountain)

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Property Manager to

oversee the quality and maintenance of a vacation rental property in Davis,

West Virginia. This role is crucial in ensuring the property is in top

condition before guests arrive, helping to create an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough property inspections before guest arrivals.

- Maintain hot tub water quality, including emptying, cleaning, refilling,

and chemical balancing.

- Test and ensure all electronics, including TVs, projectors, and sound

systems, are functioning properly.

- Replace light bulbs and set dimmers to create the desired ambiance.

- Restock kitchen supplies according to inventory guidelines and sharpen

kitchen knives.

- Inspect and clean outdoor areas, including the golf cart and grill.

- Tighten any loose furniture and replace missing pool cue tips.

- Work closely with cleaners to ensure the property is spotless, reporting

any issues as needed.

- Communicate regularly with management about supplies, cleaning, and repair

needs.

- Be on-call during guest stays to address any minor issues that may arise.

Qualifications:

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Good communication skills and ability to work independently.

- Basic understanding of home maintenance and electronics.

- Must have a phone with the ability to receive text messages and send

photos.

- Flexibility to coordinate with other jobs and manage your schedule.

-Property manager is expected to "own" the delivery of the property to renters ensuring both working amenities and cleanliness of housekeeping

Compensation:

- $115 per 4 hour changeover between guests plus $30 an hour for other work that needs to be done as needed.

- Our managers average $8,000-$16,000 per year plus bonuses.
