The role involves developing, preparing, and coordinating financial reports and analysis to support business objectives. You will be working in a fast-paced environment and will be expected to utilize your strong analytical and communication skills to meet business goals.Responsibilities: Develop and prepare financial reports to support business objectives. Coordinate the financial reporting and analysis required for business units. Assist in the budgeting and forecasting process to evaluate profit and cost efficiencies. Deliver analyses and reports to departments and end-users upon request. Automate existing and future reports to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Use data mining techniques to gather and analyze data from multiple sources. Use Microsoft Excel for various financial tasks and data analysis. Conduct scenario analysis to project range of outcomes and understand key drivers. Handle ad hoc financial analysis to support business leaders. Monitor and understand goals and corresponding metrics of business units.Requirements Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel Comprehensive knowledge of budget processes Experience in annual budget preparation and forecasting Proficiency in ad hoc financial analysis Familiarity with data mining techniques Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the manufacturing industry Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Knowledge of financial regulations and standards in the manufacturing industry Strong ethical standards and integrity Proactive attitude and willingness to learn new processes and systems.
