Account Representative

Location:2727 N Central Ave, Phoenix, Arizona 85004 United States of AmericaJob Description: This person will be responsible for building strong relationships with our corporate and business customers. This individual will work with high volume number of checks on a daily within a fast-paced environment. This position requires a strong attention to detail and good communication skills. Experience in an office is a plus.Desired Experience:

Multi-task oriented with attention to accuracy and detail

2-3 years in an office environment

Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

Day to Day:

Research and resolve rejected check issues utilizing multiple sources

Perform various functions related to adjustments, notifications, and statistical reporting

Requirements:

Team player with a positive attitude

Strong multi-tasker

Attention to detail and accuracy

3-4 years in an office environment

Working knowledge of Excel
