We’re looking for a seasoned Multi-Unit Kitchen Manager to lead our kitchen operation and ensure consistency, quality, and excellence across three locations in Los Angeles Airport.
Job Description:
You will be responsible for maintaining consistency in food preparation for three concepts from one kitchen, managing and developing kitchen staff, controlling costs, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities -
Leadership: Lead and manage kitchen team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Quality Control: Ensure consistency and quality in food preparation and presentation across all units.
Cost Management: Monitor and control food costs, labor costs, and other kitchen-related expenses.
Training & Development: Train, mentor, and develop kitchen staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to perform at their best.
Inventory Management: Oversee inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste.
Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, maintaining clean and safe kitchen environments.
Menu Development: Collaborate with owner and management team to develop and update menus, keeping offerings fresh and exciting.
Operational Efficiency: Streamline kitchen operations to improve efficiency and reduce costs without compromising on quality.
Vendor Relations: Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of high-quality ingredients.
