Safety is our top priority. We want everyone to go home safely every day. That's why we follow strict safety rules and make sure our team is well-trained.
Honesty means telling the truth and being transparent. We always share accurate information with our team and our customers.
Integrity is about doing the right thing, even when no one is watching. We take pride in our work and make sure it's done to the highest standards.
Ingenuity means being creative and finding new ways to solve problems. We are creative in using our tools and experience to solve challenging customer situations.
We're looking for Field Laborers who share these values and can go to different towns in Colorado to check underground pipes and manholes. A high school diploma or GED
A driver's license that's valid
Be able to look at and use maps to move around
Be able to work hard physically, like standing for a long time and lifting heavy things

Do what they're asked to do without needing to be reminded
