LIVE IN CAREGIVER WANTED

- for 65-year-old adult male with rapidly progressing Parkinson’s Disease. Serious employee; friendly, but not a friend or other relationship.

Background check required by the State of California at no cost. Credit check required by apartment complex at no cost.

The Process: Position starts immediately at 29 hours per week, preferably mornings, as a non-live-in. Once hired and approved by the State and complex, a voucher for a 2 bedroom will be provided, you will become a full-time live-in, and we will move.

Must have your own transportation, driver’s license, insurance. Must be able to legally drive employer’s car.

Must be willing to commit to a set schedule, perform tasks per employer’s request and requirements, be open to training, be dependable, reliable, caring, and patient.

Must be able to transport to doctor’s appointments, job, and church functions. Help with shopping, run errands, and pick up meds.

Must cook and clean.

Your own bedroom, bathroom, food, laundry, internet are provided. One cat permitted (you support). On street parking unless an open space is available.

$18.50 per hour

Sundays and Mondays off

2-3 weeks annual vacation
