Must have:

work references

reliable work vehicle

pass drug screening

pass criminal background check

be able to climb onto and work second story roofs

Skilled Building Maintenance to ensure reliable operation of 34 buildings, pool, lake facilities, etc.

Must be well experienced in:

Electrical - must be able to troubleshoot anomalous electrical issues.

Plumbing- must understand construction and repairs of pressure and drain plumbing

Roofing - must understand shingle, rubber, and metal roof repair

Carpentry - must understand basic construction techniques

We do a wide variety of tasks. Often we are unable to finish one before a more urgent need arises. You must be flexible.
