Residential Roofing Service Tech

Roofing/ Residential - Service tech with minimum 5 years' experience in the installation and repair of all types of asphalt shingle roofing. Must have presentable appearance and be able to communicate intelligently in English with Job Superintendents, Property Managers and Homeowners. Must be able to calculate and write estimates. Must have clean valid Maryland driver's license and pass a physical and drug screen. Must have own hand tools. Compensation starting at $78K per year based on a 50-hour work week.
