Hardscaping Crew Leader ($27-32/Hour)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and professional Crew Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hardscaping experience and be able to lead a team of 1-2 crew members in various hardscaping and landscaping projects.

Duties:

- Drive company truck

- Operate equipment such as mini skid steers & mini excavators

- Utilize power tools

-Effectively lead and teach a team of 1-2 crew members in various tasks

-Install retaining walls, paver patios, fire pits, french drains, outdoor lighting, plants, etc.

Requirements:

-5+ Years of Hardscape Experience

-Consistent attendance and capability to get to work

- Speak, read, and write English for effective communication

- Proficiency in using power tools and equipment

-Ability to keep a good attitude and re-direct negative crew members

- Strong attention to detail and quality of work

- Knowledge of building retaining walls, paver patios, fire pits, french drains and installing outdoor lighting
