Cannabis Edibles Production Assistant
High Road Edibles is a forward-thinking cannabis edibles wholesaler based in Missoula, Montana. We’re dedicated to providing high-quality products to our dispensary partners across the state and are looking for a full-time Production Assistant to join our team.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Accurately follow and execute recipes for new batches of product(s)
- Fill in production tracking sheet for new batches of product(s)
- Clean equipment and store it at the end of each day
- Coordinate with operations manager each day on additional daily tasks
- Conduct cleaning projects as directed to ensure a food-safe manufacturing facility
Expectations:
- Generally work Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
- Follow current standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production tasks
- Adhere to hygiene procedures and cannabis regulatory compliance requirements
- Wear required uniform consisting of hat, lab coat, and gloves
- Identify production issues and present them to operations manager
- Push to increase efficiency without compromising quality
- Bring fresh ideas to the table
- Clearly communicate and collaborate with management
- Promote safety in the workplace across the whole team
