Textile artist assistant/coworker

I'm a hobbyist clothing "designer" trying to make a leap to producing a steady flow of serious art. I'm looking for someone with a textile background - ideally a focus on sewing or embroidery - to help me. I need help organizing my time, improving my workspace, deciding how to develop my skills, and planning projects and executing them. The ideal outcome is that my financing and time investment and your steady management and practical knowledge will make for a profitable long-term partnership.

I can offer $20/hour for 24 hours a week ($480). I am open to changing the number of hours. I do intend for us to share credit and profit if we produce any work that accrues either. I am flexible on which days of the week we choose to work. You will also be welcome to use my workspace and tools for your own projects.

I have a friendly, elderly dog you will be exposed to, and I hold what some might call "ultra-left" political beliefs, so please consider both those points before applying.

Once again, I do REQUIRE that you have a history of working with fabric.
