Barista

We are Eugene's finest coffee roaster! We are looking for motivated, talented, and experienced baristas to join our team. Job duties include: taking orders, running food, preparing customer beverages, and general cleaning. We pride ourselves on our quality of coffee and are looking for team players who do too. We specialize in a wide variety of single origins, our signature house blend, and our 3 different micro lots.

The ideal candidate has a passion for coffee, at least one year of experience in a specialty coffee shop, is self-motivated and doesn't need to be reminded to stay on task, and understands the fundamentals of crafting quality products.

Schedule: 30 hours per week; flexible schedule a must.
