If you answered yes to these questions, the Wealth Strategist role could be the right opportunity for you!Wealth Management Consultation is an area within Wealth Management Advice and Solutions (WMAS) that serves as the planning and investment consultation group supporting the delivery of financial planning services and implementation through investment solutions. We collaborate across WMAS to deliver personalized advice with a particular focus on financial planning, portfolio construction, investment advice, and guidance on complex wealth management topics. The Client Consultation Group partners with branch teams to deliver a comprehensive review and analysis of client's financial planning needs and provides tailored financial strategies to help clients reach their goals.What you Will Do: Wealth Strategists leverage the extensive resources of our home office to support our financial advisors in serving their clients with complex needs. This position plays a critical role in serving as the primary point of contact between the two groups. You will be called upon as a financial planning subject matter expert, on the firm's full suite of financial planning tools, investment offerings and how they're leveraged to help clients define their financial goals and identify solutions to keep them on-track. Additionally, you will apply knowledge of financial planning disciplines to unique client circumstances and work directly with branch teams and their clients. You'll be joining a team of high-energy associates, with tenure ranging from years to decades, dedicated to personal development, inclusion and diversity, and partnering with financial advisors as part of the client team.Additional responsibilities include:Develop goals-based advice and strategies for clients with complex needs using a team approach.Contribute to departmental objectives, projects and initiatives in order to better serve branch teams and clientsProvide branches with solutions-based coaching to support the integration of financial planningWhat Experience You Need:5 years' experience in the Financial Services IndustrySeries 7 and 66 required within 6 months of hireInsurance license required within 6 months of hireCFP designation (or equivalent) process began within 6 months of hireBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or Law requiredCandidates that live within in a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office three days per week, with preference for Tuesday through Thursday.What Could Set You Apart:In-depth knowledge of the financial planning conceptsStrong analytical skills to research issues and apply appropriate solutionsAbility to support a financial advisor in evaluating solutions-based strategies for client needsUnderstanding of Financial Advisor/ and Branch Team Support member(s) processes including the implementation of Core Wealth, Banking, and Financial Planning offerings.Equal Opportunity Employer - minorities/females/veterans/individuals with disabilities/sexual orientation/gender identity
