Description We are seeking an HR Business Partner to help one of our clients on a temporary basis. This is a hybrid opportunity in Baton Rouge. In this role, you will serve as a crucial link between the HR department and designated departments, providing expert advice on HR initiatives and policies, and working closely with management to drive HR objectives. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Act as a strategic partner to designated departments, initiating and maintaining the Workforce Planning process Conduct regular meetings with department leaders to understand and address their HR needs Collaborate with the VP of People Ops for succession planning initiatives and program implementation Analyze business and industry trends to provide insightful HR solutions, programs, and policies Guide and participate in business unit restructures, workforce planning, departmental planning, and succession planning Identify and work collaboratively to deliver training needs for business units Monitor and evaluate training programs to ensure objectives are met Manage complex employee relations issues and conduct thorough investigations when required Provide performance management guidance to line management, including coaching, counseling, career development, and disciplinary actions Work closely with the Compensation and Benefits Specialist to ensure employee needs are met in the Benefits arena. Skills: Recruiting Training and development Knowledgeable in Core HR and Benefit Functions Excellent in Business Unit management Strong Communication skills Compliance and Employee Relations expertise.Requirements Must have proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now Knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode is required Experience with Ceridian software is necessary Proficiency in Core HR practices Ability to manage Benefit Functions effectively Experience in handling Business Unit operations Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written Knowledge and understanding of Compliance regulations within HR Demonstrated experience in managing Employee RelationsThank you for your interest in Robert Half.
