Here you will find: A fast-paced environment caring for high acuity medically complex patients Exposure to a variety of patient populations Opportunity to work closely with the unit dedicated provider group as well as multidisciplinary team Growth opportunities such as preceptor, super users, champion, validator & charge nurse (and possibly include that our charges are also involved with the code blue team) We utilize a variety of drips (diltiazem, nitroglycerine, nicardipine, amiodarone, precedex, insulin, etc.) and non-invasive respiratory support (high flow nasal cannula, BiPAP, CPAP, VPAP etc.)QualificationsCurrent and valid Washington State registered nurse license is required before your start date. - CPR certification is required every two years or as specified by the work. - Other certifications May BE required for Specialty areas. preferred Qualifications: ACLS and BSN preferred.
