Inside Sales Representative

By utilizing the latest technology and investing in the development of our people, UAX has experienced continued growth since our inception. We are now seeking an energetic Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, the qualified candidate will implement sales initiatives, including contacting dealer clients, enhancing dealer relationships, developing new business and retaining existing business to ensure achievement of maximum dollar sales volume in the most profitable way possible. Research market opportunities and support scheduled promotional activities designed to encourage dealer/auction participation, brand recognition and bottom line measurable results. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide prompt and courteous service both on the phone and in person
Represent UAX with the utmost professionalism through various social events
Delivers sales presentations, utilizing sales tools and applications
Maintain client contacts through auction software
Be familiar with procedures for handling all aspects of customer service
Build consistent rapport with current customers and prospects
Coordinate assignments and transportation of vehicles to the auction
Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers to ensure success of weekly auction sales
Practice and promote teamwork at all times. Set a good personal example of attitude and performance.

High school diploma or equivalent
Bachelor degree, preferred
2 yrs sales experience
Previous sales experience in automotive industry a plus
Outstanding communication skills
Professional appearance and strong work ethic
Proficient in Microsoft Word
Intermediate computer skills
Great attitude with a high-energy personality
Superior customer service skills
Well developed presentation skills
Strong team player
Ability to travel (light)
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Successfully pass drug screen and background investigation
