This role is in Pittsburgh, PA and will follow a Hybrid schedule (3 days per week in-office required). Candidate must reside within a commutable distance to this work location, as we are unable to accommodate 100% virtual work arrangements.In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

Maintain and support highly complex applications and their operating environments

Perform complex troubleshooting as a subject matter expert for a portfolio of applications

Work to ensure appropriate monitoring and alerting setup

Coordinate root cause analysis and problem management for complex problems potentially spanning multiple applications, to address underlying technical issueTo be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering or a related field

4+ years of experience providing L2 or higher support for applications

Reviewing configuration and queries within databases of financial systems and applications using MS SQL, Oracle, DB2, and Vertica

Reviewing the configuration, application architecture, and business logic within the operating systems of financial systems and applications using windows, UNIX, and Mainframe Platforms;

Familiarity with various financial products and terminology (SWIFT, Mutual Funds, etc.).
