Accountant/Bookkeeper

We currently have an opening for ACCOUNTANT/BOOKEEPER.

Job Description:

Duties include:

1. Payroll, payroll taxes, payroll tax reports

2. Bank reconciliations, generation of monthly financial statements

3. A/P's and A/R's

4. Customer invoicing and aging, sales tax reports

5. Annual corporate income tax returns

6. Familiarity with QuickBooks Pro is a plus.

7. College graduate.

Should be familiar with MS applications including Excel and Word.

Should be comfortable accessing the Internet and using e-mail.
