Superba Food + Bread, the all-day restaurant, coffee bar, and urban farm. We are a restaurant committed to chef and product driven food, warm hospitality, a craft bar and unique and cutting-edge design. Our menu is driven by the seasons, vegetable forward, and emphasizes our wood hearth and baking know how. We are community oriented and care deeply about art and style. QUALIFICATIONS:

2-3 years of experience as a BARISTA in a contemporary full-service restaurant or coffee bar with a manually calibrated espresso machine

A commitment to creating an amazing and memorable guest experience

Following standards including steps of service, food safety and sanitation, knowledge of our menu and providing hospitable and accurate service

Address problems quickly and have a knack for turning tough situations into positive outcomes

Understand our technologies and care about accuracy - (POS Toast, Open Table, Hot Schedules)

Have an active ServSafe Food Safety Certificate

Have a flexible schedule and open availability
