 Stylists will supply their own hair products

 Rent includes utilities (water, sewer, garbage, gas, electricity)

 Stylists will share equally the cleaning of salon areas including bathroom

 Stylists will share equally cost of shared products-soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc.

 Rent: $600/month. Initial one year lease, then month to month
