We are seeking well seasoned line cooks as well as a Sous Chef. We are looking for cooks that have at least 2 years of experience working in a busy kitchen. Knife skills, cooking techniques and knowledge of temperatures is extremely important. Please be able to work full time but dinner shifts are preferred.
