Laundromat Manager Position

VIP Bubbles is seeking a Store Manager to oversee the daily operations to ensure efficient and high-quality service for our clients.

About Position:

Full-time - $18.00 per hour plus bonuses

Rotating schedule (must have a flexible availability)

Understand and speak English and Spanish.

Must be authorized to work in the United States

Weekly pay - by direct deposit with a year-end W2

Management experience is necessary

Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day laundromat and laundry operations

Assisting clients and team members

Train new laundry attendants on procedures, cleanliness standards, client service expectations, and more

Ensure the laundromat is neat and clean at all times

Ensure sorting, washing, drying, and folding of clothing is done to standards

Handle client concerns and complaints

Solve problems and answer questions for clients

Daily oversee the maintenance and repair of laundry equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation

Assist in scheduling shifts, handling time off requests, handling call-outs of team members, and ensuring proper schedule coverage

Train staff on the usage of laundry software programs

Conduct regular inspections to uphold quality standards and address any deviations immediately

Monitor and manage inventory levels of laundry and store supplies

Log, track, and maintain information for daily operations

Assist attendants in keeping the store clean and doing laundry

And other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for long periods.

Able to lift up to 45 pounds on your own.
