Now hiring SHOP FOREMAN

Extremely busy, high end cabinet shop in need of a bi-lingual, working shop foreman. Qualified candidates should have the following skills;

Maintaining a clean and efficient work environment for cabinet makers and machine operators. This includes ensuring that staff members maintain clean work areas and holding employees accountable.

Scheduling, assigning, and prioritizing all cabinet shop work.

Keeping production on pace with demand and managing workload.

Keeping a current inventory of tools and ensuring all tools are in working condition. Also, notifying the shop owner when materials are running low.

Supervising and directing the work of cabinetry staff.

Building and repairing cabinetry.

Performing administrative duties.

Additional skills include: Knowledge of manufacturing standards and regulations, Good multitasker, General math skills, and Strong written and verbal communication skills. Must be bi-lingual.

Experience is a must. Compensation will be based on qualifications.
