Latina Social Media Influence
Mexican/American Social Media Influencer
I’m a seasoned entrepreneur but new in the food-world. I’m looking for an excited, aspiring Social media content writer and creative who wants to help me make my Mexican Wedding Cookies business successful. I’d be working alongside you but really looking for you to help hype up my cookies, create culturally-relevant content, and bring a fresh, younger generation inspiration to my start-up business.
I’m searching for a 22-35 year old Mexican-American female and cookie-lover to help start, lead, and develop content for my Mexican Wedding Cookie company. You should be inspired by Mexican American culture and food and enjoy being creative about different ways to honor Mexican American traditions in a modern world. You’d write, photograph, food style, and create gifs on this subject, and would be free to explore other content aligned with my cookie venture that would add value to our mainly Mexican-American female customer base.
Skills wanted:
Blog writing
Creative, outside box thinking
Photography
A sense of style
A good knowledge of Mexican and unique Mexican-American traditions
I realize you may not have all these skills, but I’d be willing to invest in you if you’re motivated.
The content you develop will be used in my website’s ‘inspiration’ website and my social media accounts for the purpose of driving customers to buy my cookies for events. You’d be given a small budget as needed and get paid for the content.
It helps if you’ve experienced the culture 1st-hand, know how Mexican/American celebrations are different from the rest, can speak to the culture, and care about how we celebrate and honor our culture. New perspectives, funky styles, alternative ideas, and fresh vibes on old traditions are welcomed! Some examples include: Thinking of new styles for Quinceañeras- colors, dresses, and of course, desserts; and, how to use our cookies during traditional Mexican celebrations like Vigin de Guadalupe celebrations and Midnight mass at Christmas. We are marketing to a mainly female customer base ages 25-50 who are social, party-planners and who gravitate toward the Latino culture, so come with some great energy and creative thought. We can negotiate your pay based on your experience. Need to live and reside in the Denver area.
