Hiring - Lead FOH at Estero Cafe

Estero Cafe is a family owned cafe located in bucolic Valley Ford and very close to Petaluma and Sebastopol. We specialize in locally sourced, organic, and made from scratch cooking for Breakfast and Lunch.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about customer service and who loves food and community to join our team.

Customer Service and food service experience preferred but willing to train for the right candidate.

Job Description:

Open and set up the cafe - following our check list.

Greet and serve customers while maintaining a positive attitude with the public and our team.

Maintain knowledge of food and beverage menu.

Close up the cafe by following our closing duties check list including closing the register.

Communicate with the owner about inventory fluctuations as needed.

Job Requirements:

Must have a good work ethic, be punctual and reliable.

Have reliable transportation

Possess an understanding of basic food service

Possess a Food Handlers Certificate or the ability to get one if hired.

Have open daytime availability including weekends and holidays (we are closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day)

Looking to hire someone for 4 - 5 shifts per week.
