Hiring Bus Drivers

Santa Cruz Metro is hiring bus drivers now, no experience required, paid training.

Salary starts at 55k plus 40k benefits per year, Paid Vacation and Sick Leave, Health Insurance, Medical, Vision and Dental, Paid Holidays, Calpers retirement, Pension 457b (similar to 401k) Bilingual extra pay, Union support.

Requirements to apply:

High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Have a class C Ca. Drivers License. (Be able to obtain Commercial Drivers license class B with air brakes and passengers endorsement.

No more than 2 points on your K4 DMV driving report.

Be available to work any day of the week including weekends.

Be willing to work as early as 4:30 am or as late as 1:30 am.

Be able to pass a drug test.

Be able to pass a background check.
