We are looking for a Division Manager for our Gutter & Downspout division to help us fulfill that promise to our customers and ensure that every customer is a repeat customer.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

This is a full-time role as a Division Manager - Gutters & Downspouts at ROOF RIGHT in Fort Myers, FL. The role involves overseeing the sales, operations and performance of the gutter and downspout division, managing a team of employees, ensuring quality control, and maintaining customer satisfaction. This is a new department to the company and we are looking for someone who can help grow it for the bottom up.

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in managing division operations and a team of employees

Knowledge of gutter and downspout systems and installation is mandatory

Strong organizational and leadership skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions

Experience in the roofing or construction industry is a plus

Bilingual is a plus but not required

Must have a clean driving record
