We have established relationships with large luxury builders in Sarasota, Florida which provide demolition, construction day labor and basic carpentry services. We are an American family-owned construction company looking to scale. So get into the ground level now as we are growing! Pay increases when you prove you are reliable & serious! Construction Experience preferred.

Requirements:
-Vehicle and/or ability to commute to a job site within the Sarasota area.
-Common sense & good communication skills - ability to communicate effectively with superintendents, follow directions, work in a crew and/or independently.
-Not afraid of hard work - there are times the scope of work will be cush, cleaning up a remodel in the AC, other times you may be building OSHA railings or moving material in the hot sun.
-Be reliable & flexible - The brotherhood will rely on you to show up on time & ready to get it. The ability to change gears throughout the week is important because oftentimes you will be assigned to different job sites throughout the week.
-Construction Experience preferred- Not a requirement but a plus.
