Dallas Punch/Make Ready Carpenter Needed! Full Time Work! (NortDallas)

We are seeking experienced Carpenters for apartment Make Ready/Punch assignments in Dallas. The role involves completing final touches on units, and candidates must be able to read and interpret punch lists. Previous experience is mandatory. We are looking for someone to start immediately.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Compensation: $19.50 - $20.50 per hour, with overtime paid at 1.5 times the regular rate

Key Responsibilities:

Light carpentry

Drywall installation (floating, taping, texturing)

Trim work

Cabinet installation

Appliance installation

Touch-up painting

Metal and wood framing

Requirements:

Own set of tools (e.g., drill, circular saw, level, square, tape measure, putty knives, hammer)

Proof of eligibility to work in the United States

Two forms of valid identification
