Handyman - General Apartment Maintenance

Looking for apartment handyman Apartment complex is located in Sturgeon Bay. Must be able to do the following

1) Install ceiling fans, lights and outlets

2) Make small plumbing repairs - install faucets / sinks / toilets / un clog drains / install shutoff valves

3) Install vanities

4) Mechanically inclined

5) Must have apartment maintenance eexperience or in the trades

6) responsible and trustworthy

10 -12 hours per week

Must have own tools
