We are an Italian restaurant in Beverly Hills. We are hiring a Restaurant General Manager to become part of our team. The position requires flexible availability of schedule. Qualifications:

Well-experienced in an Italian Fine Dining, High Volume and fast-paced environment

Ability to multi-task

Have a good communication skills (bilingual is a plus)

Knowledgeable of OpenTable reservation system and POS machine

Dedicated to customer satisfaction and great customer experience

Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications

Flexible availability including weekends and holidays

Good team player

Duties (but not limited to the following):

To work full time, 6 days a week.

Be able to stand for long periods of time.

Responsible for consistent application of daily restaurant operations.

Able to lift about 40 lbs.

Develop good customer relationships and address customer service needs.

Maintain a neat, organized front-of-house environment.

Perform and maintain the opening/closing tasks and side work as needed.

Responsible to maintain the food quality and service standards of the restaurant.

Overseeing to ensure cleanliness, sanitation, safety standards of the entire restaurant.

Assess staffing needs.
