Cultivation Tech

Job Overview:

We are looking for assistance with various tasks related to greenhouse operations. This is a hands-on role that requires physical strength, and a passion for growing plants.

Pay: $16.00

Schedule: Full-time position; must be flexible

Responsibilities:

- Assist in watering plants, mixing nutrients, sanitizing all surfaces, managing mother stock and clone transplanting.

- Collaborate with the cultivation team to meet daily production goals, ensuring timely and efficient post-harvest workflow.

- Conduct regular garden maintenance activities, such as weeding and pruning

- Utilize hand tools and equipment to perform necessary tasks

- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications:

- Previous experience working in a greenhouse, farm setting, or warehouse environment is preferred

- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks in various weather conditions

- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team

- Must be bilingual
