Cowboy Star Hiring Bar Prep/Bar Back Part Time Position

Cowboy Star Restaurant and Butcher Shop in East Village is looking for a bar prep team member. You will be working and growing alongside an exceptional team.

Ideal candidate has bartending and/or prep experience. Must be available for AM shifts 2-3 days per week, and we would like to train you to bar back for 1-2 evening shifts per week + more as needed!

Responsibilities will include:

-Unloading all liquor, wine, beer and NA bevs into desired locations on receiving days and maintaining organization of storage areas

-Batching and Prepping all garnishes, syrups, and cocktail infusions needed for the week to par

-Deep cleaning bar weekly
