BAKER

Babycakes is in search of a full time baker to create cake mixes at our main bakery. We have been baking for 17 years and well known in San Diego for our creative designs and delicious recipes. We specialize in Cakes and Cupcakes. Candidate must be able to work on their feet for 6-8 hours, able to lift 25 pounds, and must work efficiently. Spanish speaking is a plus but not necessary.

We are located on 2315 Reo Drive, San Diego, CA 92139. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and hard-working.

Responsibilities:

Bake

Weigh and measure ingredients

Mix and blend batters

Set oven temperatures and monitor or modify as needed

Ice, glaze, and decorate baked goods

Prepare and maintain inventory

Clean and sanitize workstation and equipment

Qualifications:

Attention to detail in all aspects of baking

Dedicated to working as a team towards one goal

Experience as a Baker a plus
