Who are we looking for?

Turnkey subcontractor that can take on full remodel project from start to finish.

Responsible Contractors who have:

1) Clean Responsible Contractor's

2) Workman’s Compensation on Employees ($1million min.)

3) General Liability Insurance ($1million min.)

Steady, Repetitive projects available for Turnkey Redmodel Crew, Work includes:

Framing including truss installation. Must be able to read drawings. Must be able to manage large scale job to include fire, water, and natural disaster restoration.

Turnkey subcontractor must be able to take a full remodel project from start to finish.

-Demo

-Paint

-Framing

-Drywall

-Floor (Vinyl, carpet, Tile)

-Carpentry

-Window and doors

-Cabinetry

-Siding

-Minor Clean up and landscaping

-Electrical

-Plumbing
