Driveway Customer Dispatch Coordinator
Dealership:L0397 Driveway Home OfficeShop Dispatch/Delivery CoordinatorThe Dispatch/Delivery Coordinator is part of the Driveway fulfillment team. They are responsible for fulfillment coordination between customers and fulfillment centers. Dispatch teams are aligned into Shop or Sell segments.The Dispatch Coordinator reports to the Dispatch Supervisor.Location: Dallas, TX (On-site)Schedule: Sunday through Thursday, 8:00am CST - 5:00pm CSTCompensation: $22/hrResponsibilities
Coordinates deliveries between Driveway customers and fulfillment centers including OOM, Store, and Hub
Responsible for setting appointment time and status in Scheduling, CRM and TMS program
Keeps customer informed on delivery status
Follows up with customer post-delivery to ensure complete satisfaction
Escalates post-delivery customer concerns to appropriate department
Responsible for pre-delivery vehicle readiness between selling location and fulfillment center

Well-developed computer skills including Excel, Word and PowerPoint required
